Remake Policy

All original models, dies and dental restoration(s) must be returned for the case to be remade.All remakes will be at no charge if received within 30 days of the invoice date except under the following circumstances:

• Sequoia inquired about the impression, die or margin and the client requested completion of the case.
• Sequoia requested a try-in, but the client declined and requested that the case be completed.
• The teeth were re-prepped.
• The case was cancelled after fabrication has started. Fabrication starts the day the case is received by Sequoia.

Warranty of Work

Sequoia guarantees its work for one year against defects in materials and workmanship. Temporaries and veneers are not covered under any warranty due to their temporary or delicate nature.The cost of fabricating custom made dental restorations cannot be refunded. A credit may be applied by Sequoia to the clients account should a case not meet Sequoia's exceptional standards of excellence in quality, function or esthetics.
